Two Ways to Hire Your Bar
Both options give you a mobile bar without bartenders or drinks included. The difference is how your bar is delivered and set up.
Option A · Self-Service
Bar in a Box
From £519
Our self-service mobile bar arrives by pallet courier, with standard delivery and collection included. Choose your design, set up the bar using the supplied instructions and run the drinks service yourself.
£199 refundable equipment deposit applies. You arrange drinks, suitable gas and someone to pour.

This is what makes dry hire cheaper than a staffed bar. We can quote any of it as an add-on if you'd rather not.
- The drinks — kegs, bottles, mixers, ice
- Dispense gas — a cylinder to suit what you're pouring. Lager and cider normally run on CO₂, Guinness and stouts on 70/30 mixed gas. We stock CO₂, 60/40 and 70/30 and can supply one — just tell us what you're serving
- Someone to pour (a friend, or hire pour-staff separately)
- Glassware, unless you add it on
- A power supply within reach of the bar
- Venue access and any permissions your venue requires

Our Bar in a Box service starts at £519, including standard pallet delivery and collection. It arrives ready for straightforward setup using the supplied instructions, and you can book everything online.
If you don't need our team to install your bar, it could be the simpler option.
Smaller Occasion?
Not every event needs a full bar setup.
If you're hosting a garden party, BBQ or casual gathering — and you don't need professional bar equipment, chiller units and the full setup — our beer dispenser hire might be exactly what you need.
Just source a keg from a local supplier, connect it to our compact VIVA unit, and pour cold draught beer all weekend. From £199 hire, plus a £200 deposit refunded in full on return.

See all FAQs →Yes — that's what makes dry hire cheaper than a staffed bar. You supply kegs, bottles, mixers and ice. We give you a recommended quantity list based on your guest count so you're not guessing. If you'd rather we supplied the drinks, we can quote that as an add-on.
Not on standard dry hire — you provide the person pouring, whether that's a friend or staff you hire in. If you want trained bartenders, that's the Staffed Bar option, or we can add pour-staff onto a dry hire booking. Just ask and we'll quote it.
Our main bars take up to six working taps. The base is a single tap; a 2-tap setup is +£50 and a 4-tap setup is +£150, and we quote 5 and 6-tap configurations individually. The Heineken unit is a single-tap bar and is not multi-tap. Tell us what you're pouring and we'll recommend the right configuration.
Yes. Dry hire means we supply the bar and the agreed equipment without supplying the bartenders or the drinks, and Bar in a Box is exactly that — the self-service version. It arrives by pallet courier, you set it up from the supplied instructions and you can book it online from £519 plus a refundable deposit. The delivered-and-installed option on this page is the same service with our team doing the delivery, installation and collection, quoted to your event.
We deliver and set up before guests arrive — usually two to four hours before service, depending on venue access. Collection is the next day. If your venue needs same-night collection or has tight access windows, tell us upfront and we'll plan around it. Extra hire days are +£50 per day.
